1User Account Responsibilities

To use our services, you must register and maintain an active user account:

• Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and session tokens.
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to use TokenPe for any unlawful activities, malicious network attacks, automated bulk spamming, or fraudulent messaging.
• Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our security guidelines or engage in abusive platform usage without prior notice.

2Notification Deliverability and Limitations

• Delivery Channels: TokenPe utilizes third-party global telecommunication routes and cloud message gateways to deliver real-time notifications and alerts.
• Carrier Delays: We strive to achieve instant delivery, but we are not liable for delayed or undelivered notifications resulting from local network outages, carrier filters, device settings, or telecommunication network dropouts.
• Carrier Charges: Standard messaging rates or data charges from your mobile operator may apply when receiving notifications on your device.

3Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, TokenPe and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material, logo designs, backend structures, and code on TokenPe. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from TokenPe for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms.

4Cancellation, Trials, and Strict No-Refund Policy

• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your user dashboard.
• 7-Day Free Trial: New clinic registrations are automatically enrolled in a 7-Day Elite Plan trial. At the end of this trial period, if a paid subscription is not activated, access to the platform will be temporarily locked to protect your data until a plan is chosen.
• Strict No Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods or unused time. When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account will be securely locked until a new plan is chosen.

5Medical Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Not a Healthcare Provider: TokenPe provides a software utility for queue and communication management. We do not provide medical advice, triage services, or emergency health interventions. TokenPe is not liable for medical emergencies, delays in patient care, or any outcomes arising from the use of our queueing system.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenPe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the platform or any platform downtime.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold TokenPe harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your misuse of the platform, including sending unauthorized communications or failing to obtain proper patient consent for messaging.
