• Log Files: TokenPe follows a standard procedure of using log files. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks.

For clinics operating in India, TokenPe adheres to the principles of the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023:

• Data Processor Status: TokenPe acts strictly as a "Data Processor" providing queue management utility. The Clinic utilizing TokenPe is the "Data Fiduciary" and is solely responsible for obtaining necessary patient consent before adding patient phone numbers into the TokenPe system for messaging.
• Data Retention: Patient visit history and data are retained securely for the duration of the Clinic's subscription. Upon subscription cancellation or account deletion, all associated patient data may be permanently purged or anonymized in accordance with our retention policy.

5Third-Party Services and Gateways

We only share essential information with third-party processors to fulfill our core services:

• Message Routing: We pass your registered phone number and message contents to secure telecommunication routing networks to deliver your automated notification alerts.
• No Selling of Data: We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal database with third-party marketing companies, advertisers, or lists.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, or court order.
